On February 7, 2023, we announced a one-time cash dividend of $5 per share, payable on March 15, 2023 to stockholders of record as of March 1, 2023. In addition, we announced the approval by the Board of Directors of a recurring annual cash dividend of $1.20 per outstanding share of Common stock to begin in the second quarter of 2023. The recurring dividend is to be paid quarterly on the 15th day of the third month of every calendar quarter, to those stockholders of record as of the first day of the third month of the applicable calendar quarter.
